1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of vaping products and hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will replace the item or issue a refund after reviewing the claim.

b. Unopened & Unused Items

We may accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:

  • Sealed
  • Unused
  • In original, undamaged packaging

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used devices
  • Disposable vapes
  • E-liquids
  • Coils and pods
  • Clearance items
  • Any product showing signs of tampering

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Or store credit (if preferred)

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

If rejected, we will return the product to you at your request.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They arrive defective
  • They arrive damaged
  • You received the wrong product

If eligible, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

If the order is canceled in time, a full refund will be issued.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • For voluntary returns (unwanted items), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
